Omega Capital,  previously Westgate Brokers, was started in 1981  by Keith Milton. His wife, Maureen and son Martin joined soon thereafter. Westgate Brokers was the first independent financial advisory firm on the West Rand. Westgate Brokers soon built a reputation offering sound advice, honesty and commitment to clients.

2009

In April 2009, Omega Capital (Pty) Ltd was formed, through the successful partnering of Warren Repko, Steve Milton (Keith’s son) and Natasha Bailanis.

2016 – 2019

These two years saw Johannes Landman and Neil van Loggerenberg join Omega Capital as directors and shareholders to further strengthen the client offering. The heritage Westgate Brokers provided has  guided us over the years and will continue to do so long into the future. This is a legacy that we continue to build on.
